To the best of my recollection, the "school" idea is but an option, not a required part of a package offered by LBSR. Whether or not the tours were of "domestic interest only" doesn't matter one way or another, does it?

Yeah, I noticed that too. It was probably drafted before Christmas, and just finally cleared legal review. If so, we are weeks further "down the road" than when the RP was drafted, right? And does this not put us closer to more substantive news?
