Miners are off this morning, with explorers taking another hit from tax loss selling (including LBSR). Meanwhile, precious metals in general are mixed-to-mosty flat. Base metals are up slightly with the exception of aluminun which is off about 1/4 of one percent.

Seemingly, then, the stocks for miners/explorers are doing their own seasonal thing, with little influence from actual demand on their product. Historically, this means a strongly rising springtime market for mining/exploration stocks.
