"Is our stock price down so much because of NORD?"

Maybe some little effect there, but I think it has more to do with the ME investor not arriving as expected, AND the lack of follow-up news regarding the deal of NPSP. There is where I'm expecting action in the short-run anyway. It will mean cash flow for a bebt free company, and some little liberty to do some more of their own work in, say, markering and/or exploration. ...a huge deal, IMO.
