I have a slightly different take on it, but keep in mind the caveat that I'm a relatively new investor compared to most here, and I'm learning a lot about this sector from all of you.
Anyway, the trip to solicit investors is more speculative than the time it takes to meet with someone that has already been solicited and wants to take it to the next stage (assuming this is someone that previously attended a presentation in the Middle East). So, this is taking the time to meet with someone who is taking the time to go to the next step, which seems to me to be where I would prioritize my time also since the likelyhood of a "payoff" seems to be greater.
Also, it isn't like they are cancelling the presentation, just rescheduling something that we aren't sure if it had a set date yet anyway (just sometime in November).
Keep in mind that even if this investor agrees to fund one part of Hay Mountain, that would get things started while we look for investors to fund other parts. That would be very exciting to me. Others could speak to whether that in itself would likely prompt a market reaction.
Isn't it exciting that we are even talking about a potential investor making a site visit? :)
