You are correct, because every PR sounds like an excuse for the lack of a JV. That may not be the intent, of course, but I think it has the effect of telling shareholders to wait just a little longer. In turn that is interpreted as meaning "no news just now".

This will change "in due course". Meanwhile, share prices up or down don't mean much of anything at these volumes.

By the way, what was new or unexpected in today's PR? Anyone?
