While I understand that LBSR should not rush into any deals even on NP or Silver Bell, I am still concerned that waiting too long increases our risk of exposure to a big market correction. At which point a JV partner who's on the fence will find it easy to say, "we're going to wait a few months and see what the situtation is." Sure would be nice to get at least one deal signed somewhere.
