Message: Share Sales and Price

I've never done anything with penny stocks before I bought LBSR (2010), and no other stocks since, so how things work is somewhat of a mystery to me. But this is something I have seen happen quite a few times over the years, and I've never known anyone to ask about it. Maybe some of you know what is going on.

Yesterday LBSR was trading between .0145 and .015, with 600-700K shares having been traded. Then somebody buys about 150K shares for around .013. Next there are a few thousand shares bought again for .015, and then a sale of 300K for .0126.

While I can understand someone wanting to buy shares at .0126 when the supposedly going price is .015, why would anyone agree to sell shares at .0126? Or why would anyone offer to buy shares at .015 when the last trade was .013? Are these kind of moves common with penny stocks? Or is there a more subtle answer?

Bill
