You read my mind on your post about not wanting to wait forever. I recognize I am being shortsighted or selfish or whatever, but I personally would much rather LBSR sign a deal in the next month and get 30% than mess around for 8 more months to get 45%. There are a number ot risks to dragging this out, one of which is some type of huge market correction. Let's face it--JB and the team will all be multi-millionaires if they get even 25% at HM and a moderately good deal at NPSP.
