They are privately held, so it's hard to find much about them. I see, however, that they are located a long way from the Reno area where Lithium seems to be available to Tesla for little or no shipping costs.

Again, that producer at Reno is the only producing comany in the US at this time, so you may want to look into how long it would take for Rockwood to start producing, assuming they find a market for their product. I'm not say that will not be Tesla, I don't know. Just offering a couple of things to think about.
