On the contrary- I also see this as positive. There is nothing in the most recent NR precluding an agreement with the ME group. It simply indicates that an agreement has not as yet been reached- and until then- rather than sit on one's hands and waiting- every avenue will continue to be explored. But in addition, there seems to be an increasing groundswell of interest. Not only from JB going around hat in hand- but suitors coming to him. See the long standing "interested party" in NP now moving towards "finalizing a draft agreement". See continuing discussions with the ME investors. See JB almost complaining-not really- that "Now I have additional parties to talk to". See the next day agreement with Naru. It can never be too much. But it's almost like- which way do you turn? It can make your head spin. In fact, I sense a ground swell of interest. And as momentum builds, I think the likelihood of a finalized agreement increases.
