I wouldn't call it a deadline. I am hoping it has been a back and forth for months now so there has been lots of time to talk, question, bargain, confirm info from LBSR, etc. Now add three weeks post-trip since JB was probably in Turkey about 3 weeks ago Thu or Fri. It is more like concern that possibly--just possibly--JB has offers but is holding out for an offer that is just not there.

But there are too many possibilities and scenarios to evn try to guess. It's a strange world. JB could have come back with an offer on North Pipes or something weird like that.
