Just a few more thoughts...
Exploration mining finance, particularly for "blind" targets such as Hay Mountain, is just not available in the present market environment, at least not in the developed and developing world. Meanwhile, there are countries which are becoming desperate to supply their own needs, because they lack these resources, or are overly dependent on imports. Largely this desperation is a consequence of not having obvious domestic targets to explore, meaning they have to go looking for "blind" targets. But how?
LBSR is responding to a niche market coming from an overlooked need to train explorers in mine finding, and in parts of the word which may host highly desirable, but presently "blind" targets.
As we are learning, there is no school of mining in the world that teaches how to explore for "blind" targets. In this regard, it seems to me as if Liberty Star has developed the proverbial better mouse trap, and the world is responding accordingly, as evidenced by this latest PR.
