LBSR continues to confound trading observers, ...or is it just me?

The last three trades, covering a half hours time, were well above the bid and ask range. What's up with this? How can this happen when "all or none" limitations don't seem to apply? Does this not seem to be manipulation by those who have special access to the markets?
