Let's also not forget that the market is very probably looking for a price spike following release of the updated SRK report on Hay Mountain. That's because so may are thinking that prospective partners will not make a move until they've had a chance to study the reprort.

Now, if we assume that that is the case, I would not expect an offer very soon after the SRK report is out - certainly more weeks than days, in my opinion. We all know that things move slowly in this business, especially since boards must meet and discuss these matters, and then the attorney's believe they are not doing their jobs unless they obstruct the quick and easy routes to doing things.
