Would anyone like to speculate why it is taking so long to put together a JV? With all the ground work and "science" LBSR has done on Hay Mountain and the good news associated with that it just seems like a JV arrangement would have happened by now. Things take time. Even if it happened today, it would be at least a couple months before we would know results of drilling ( assuming drilling would be done soon after announcement).

Just seems like this keeps dragging on and on. Been in stock pretty big for couple years and will be again if necessary but let's get on with it!!
