I composed two fairly lengthy respones to this morning's news, but lost them both in computer crashes. I will not attempt to re create them Suffice it to say that I agree, this is on the surface a "no news" news release. Actually, we were looking for the SRK report, were we not? That is still to come, and when it arrives it will also be a "no news" news release, because we already know what they will conclude - proceed to drilling.
What we learned today, however, is that the company intends to launch a fairly aggressive drilling program when funds are available. Earlier we had been expecting a limited program, so something has changed. Perhaps we have secured, or are nearing completiion of negotiations on financing(s) and/or a partnership. I say that because the company sounds very confident here in what looks like a revised and expanded business plan for Hay Mountain.
Next up? 1) the SRK report, 2) some form of financing and/or partnership, and 3) the 3D inversion report, and not neccessarily in that order. Then, the big movers for the stock price will be application for drilling permits, receipt of drilling permits, the start of drilling, and then PRs on drilling results.
I'd better stop writing how and post this before I lose it. Now off to clean away my computer virus, or whatever it is.
