I agree about this seeming to be the case, but I very seriously doubt that it is so. Since JB shifted focus to TSP, progress has never stopped. It has been methodical and meticulous, even while the pace of it has been agonizing for shareholders.

That we are on the verge of a drilling program is the culmination of much effort, and it makes no sense to go into a "holding pattern" when on the cusp of stupendious discovery (and vindication) which may launch what could become empire, IMO.
