Sense of urgency? From whom? Without other non-disclosure agreements, the other party is not likely to feel any sense of urgency. They will proceed at their own pace, if they proceed at all, and if they lose interest, you will never hear about it.

You dwell on this, you will be disappointed in my opinion. Let it go.

BTW, it sure would be nice to find out that once the drills have finished at Hay Mountain, they will immediately move to conduct pilot drilling at the Tombstone Precious Metals Project, aka Walnut Creek. That may be a pipe dream, but it makes a lot of sense if the funds can be had. Man, would that news make the PPS soar!
