If I am not mistaken, this property borders Hay Mountain, and, I think, was identified as a target by ZTEM a couple of years ago.

I don't think it quite as attractive as Hay Mountain for a number of reasons, but this is interesting follow-up to what I posted yesterday about TMBXF, that their future is intimately tied to Hay Mountain. That they are just now proceeding to exploration permit stage puts LBSR well ahead in the race to announcing a discovery.
