Also, there are concerns about the planned massive dilution that may be coming. Markets don't like this even while they know it is a growth requirement within this sector.

Moreover, it (dilution) is not likely to be coming to LBSR before we know the results of scout drilling. That will either set this stock of fire, or end the company, so I don't see dilution as an issue IN THIS CASE. Besides, the value it will generate - based on advances at Hay Mountain, and perhaps elsewhere eventually - will probably end forever any further need for such financing.

I don't like to make projections, but if scout drilling suggests what many of us are wont to believe, a dollar per share is possible at a minimum, and just from Hay Mountain. That will not happen overnight, of course, but the ascent will be exciting to watch.

So, and in my opinion, we are only a few months away from knowing whether we are lottery winners, or complete losers.
