We should have that S-1 declared effective any day now. I'll be content if we raise $1M through that vehicle to fund initial drilling, if that is what is best to bring in a real deal JV on Hay Mountain.

FWIW - there were some voices back when we were spending money to drill in AK that said the money would be better spent in AZ. Boy, they sure were right on that one. I admit I was too tempted by the 7+ Pebbles...
