Personally, I'd rather have all of our AK claims and NAK continuing to pay our claims fees, which they would have continued to do. They only called the loan b/c we started drilling. They took a sizable chunk out of Big Chunk and forgave our loan, not b/c of the "hole in one" (which was never assayed) but for the same reason they initially saved us from our vulture lenders: to keep the land around Pebble in friendly hands.
