Just my .02 cents, but I don't think we should read too much into it. Think it's more of an option that Agoracom offers than anything else.
Have a look at for example their section on Neah Power Systems - it has the Executive address section and it's nothing more or less than their standard corporate video.

Then again, mr. Briscoe could be using it to announce blue skies. But my gut feeling tells me it will be him outlining the history and describing the potential.
