Well, we have news on Hay Mountain ZTEM coming in "due time" according to LBSR. Sort of open-ended but still sounds OK. And we've been in talks on North Pipes for about a week now, so, hopefully, JB and company will be tough bargainers but not TOO tough. (especially with the abundance of breccia pipes the company has)
