I presume by BK Dragonball meant bankruptcy. In my opinion, this is extremely unlikely. For many reasons it seems most likely that new financing, both to cure the debt to the noteholders, as well as providing funds for drilling will be forthcoming. I am not alone in this belief, as evidenced on other message boards as well as by the recent surge in share price, which does not seem to be simply the result of short term day trading. In fact, even if new financing is not obtained- although not desirable- it is still unlikely that bankruptcy would result. Like many others, I am holding my substantial shares and, in fact, adding as possible.
