It will take less than the value of the outstanding debt. The holders of the notes have seen the writing on the wall for months. They won't ask (or get) par. They'll get pennies on the dollar, and somebody will walk away with the claims for far less than the value of the outstanding debt.

Market cap is less than 100grand. Debt at 50 or 60 cents on the dollar...

Hmm, anybody have a rich uncle?
