Dear All

With no news after bad, this was to be expected. Tracy says there is much ado in the financing area, but did not speak to a "takeover". I think they ran out of money to do 24/7 drilling on the Arizona strip. JV work in Alaska is bound to take time with lawyers, etc. It always takes a long time....
