Point I was making was it's very expensive to do the thing up there, plus it takes many years. They are getting a much bigger and quicker bang for their buck in AZ. With just a couple years work and mostly someone elses money, they are IMO, on the verge of something big in AZ much sooner than if they concentrated in Alaska.
