We can at least agree that they have two great opportunities and its a question of which to pursue first.
In the past, the Havasupai Indians have complained about mining in the Arizona Strip, and there was an issue for Energy Fuels with a "Wilderness Study Area". A mine, I believe it was Hack but I could be wrong, was held up because of the Wilderness issue but finally went through... was it Hack? Not sure now, could have been another.
At any rate, This is small footprint, low impact, environmentally friendly mining. The tailings even get dumped back down the shaft! The pipes have been mined before and they will be mined again with little argument.
