As I have said before, Attara is a failed hedge fund that is liquidating all assets and returning capital (what's left of it) to investors. This creates huge pressure on this illiquid stock and should keep it cheap for the foreseeable future, unless someone comes along and takes their whole position (maybe Soros?).
