I think you're relying too much in what they're telling you. I don't think you or any shareholder has a lot of recourse even with what they have said about where the company is going. They can always come back and say things changed or what happened later was out of their control. I'm not telling anyone to sell or hold here, but I wouldn't base what I do on what they've told you will happen. Has any of what they claimed come to pass?

You ask who is buying the shares? It seems to me more people are unloading shares, than are buying. If you had more buyers than sellers the price would be going up instead of down.
