That's what concerns me about our investment with LGDI going forward. To your point about financial markets collapsing going forward, I would agree. The problem with that scenerio is that ultimately it's deflationary in nature and deflation means lower prices. That means lower prices for everything include LGDI's phosphate assets dropping in value. Surely our potential equity partners are aware of these facts too.
This is why IMO our window of opportunity to do a deal is closing and may have already closed as far as an optimum time to have already closed a deal. I hope I'm wrong in my assumption and I know properties like LGDI has don't come around often, but it's going to be a buyer's market going forward not a seller's market.
If prices are dropping now, it may mean Joe G. doesn't get what he's asking for.
