You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but some of the ways you see it Mordi Gutnick has told me aren't a concern to the potential equity partners/buyers.

Mordi told me LGDI has proven the phosphate resources are there now and that is was really matters to the potential suitors. I personally find it a little hard to believe that without all the government infrastructure permits/grants to build the plant or water approvals from the Queensland government to make the plant a reality that any potential partner would be interested. That should all be at least close to being put to bed before a deal is finalized IMO.

As far as the spin-off of the gold, diamond, base metals assets go, that won't happen according to Mordi until after the equity partner/buyer is found. Why all that talk last year about those assets being spun off at all is a mystery to me. It's apparant they got the cart before the horse.

What's troubling to me now is that it appears costs for everything commodities may be dropping with the global slowdown that seems to be coming back into the picture. This was my fear in not getting this deal completed before the inflationary "pump" was over. Now it seems a recessionary/deflationary time is coming back into the markets.

We shall see.
