If you really believe that you should cut your losses and run.

I don't believe that for a minute.

I will accuse LGDI management of:

Poor Communication

Inflated salaries

Procrastination

But I don't believe that they are trying to drive the share price down to repurchase shares, or privatize the company.

There is a worldclass deposit of valuable phosphates in the ground and all the mining rights, leases and permits are in order. Either they find a partner to help build the plant, or they sell off the assets. We have been waiting a long time, but something is bound to happen to drive the share price back to at least the One to Two dollar range. They will run low on cash by Q1 2012 which tells me that an equity partner or outright sale will materialize by then.
