Cat, thanks for your post. It's much easier to read after being formatted.

The part of Craig Michaels' reply that really says it all to me is when he states the obvious about news on an equity partner being the ONLY thing most investors want to hear about. Well, no shit Sherlock! That's the news we've all been waiting on now for about two years and they just keep saying they're in negotiation and HOPEFULLY something will be annouced soon. All the while Rome continues to burn and they're collecting their big salaries and flying all over the world in a Lear jet paid by us.

The reason the share price continues to suffer is obviously the Street is losing faith in Gutnick to get a deal cut, it's that simple IMO. Michaels is right that they can do nothing about the drop in the share price and that's because they have done nothing to date to resolve the biggest issue and that's finding an equity partner.
