Believe me, you're not alone in the frustration that we all as shareholders feel at the lack of movement with LGDI getting things done, but you may be talking apples and oranges here IMO. In reading the PR about Minemakers it appears their partner is buying a 50% stake in the phosphate assets AFTER A JOINT FEASABILITY STUDY is completed.
I think we are much further down the road with already having all our feasability studies done and working on getting the permitting of the plant completed in the next few monthes. I maybe incorrect in my assumptions, but I think we should have much more leverage to get a much higher price for the assets we can bring to the table for the phosphate assets along with a permitted plant to process the fertilizer/other chemicals.
I'm still confident that Gutnick will get the job done, but they seem to have gone about doing it in a different fashion than has Minemakers and that's why it's taken so much longer. Just my take.
