It's my belief that LGDI won't release news concerning an equity partner until they confirm the plant approval from the Queensland/Mt.Isa principals. I personally think they will have finalized the equity partner/buyer relationship by the time those approvals from the governments are given, but I suppose that any news concerning a partner could leak prior to the plant approval too, which would spike the share price. I think I'll add to my holdings if we see the price get back down into the 50's.
