I have a proposition for you that will test just exactly how sure you are of your concern or if this is just a personal vendetta against Gutnick or the company for buying in 2008 & selling in 2009, personal issues, or who knows what.
Lets arrange for an options transaction. I'll give you 15% of share value in income for a call option with a strike price of 10% higher the day of transaction closing's end of day price, with an 18 month expiration. We can do something small....say 100 contracts (100 shares per contract).
Since you're so sure the price of the stock will fall, you essentially get to keep a small tidy sum, few thousand dollars. Based on your concerns, this transaction would be a risk free investment.
And don't give me the "I'm just saying my opinion, I don't want to sell short or stake money on my opinion." If you're not staking anything on your opinion, essentially your opinion is worthless.
The CBOE does arrange for custom options transactions not available. I have something like this set up for ALR but I paid much much less!
