The stock is barely trading the last few days.

IMHO, those with serious doubts have already sold out, and those that are left with shares, are holding on for a true pay out. The company remains quiet, which I am speculating to be representative of the quiet period that is typically mandated before a deal is announced.

Nomura has been on the scene for 4 plus months, the timing should be about right for something to be announced soon.

It may be wishful thinking, but I am still anticipating the closure of a deal this summer.

If only we could get this confirmed by Nomura, or a prepresentative of the company ...
