Bigphos, can we really use the 1 Billion tons of rock assumption? How much of that is recoverable and how much of it is too low grade & too expensive to recover, too deep underground, easement issues, underground encumbarences etc.

With 55 millon recoverable high grade rock alone our value is greater than 4. This does not even count the other unconfirmed land nor the gold side companies, etc.

If feasibility study is accurate, it should be confirmed with very stong interest from buyers.

Does anyone remember the 2010 Minemakers feasibility study? The net present value (NPV) estimate result was $99M - $314, released while trading at about $50M. Today, Minemakers is trading at $116M. Still under NPV but pretty damn close.

LGDI net present value is estimated at $1.4B - $3.1B and we're trading today at $0.18B. Either we're missing a big piece of the puzzle or we're grossly undervalued.
