Developing phosphate interests in the Georgina Basin, Queensland, Australia

Message: I just spoke to Mordi Gutnick

and he told me that nothing has changed concerning what's going on with Legend. I believe he used the phrase "the pot is still boiling" in regard to the Nomura workings and that they are still sorting out the interested parties that want to partner or take stakes in the phosphate assets. He did say the process is taking longer than they expected and much of that has to do with issues they are having to work out with governments. He wasn't specific on which or what governments. I would assume the Aussie government to a large degree wants to have a say into who they partner with. He said they don't want to put out any PR's before their negotiations are completed. He also told me that Wengfu is still in the picture and that they aren't going anywhere. I asked him about the NAD spin-off and he said that will be done once they get the phosphate partnership completed.

That was about it. I would encourage any shareholder to call and speak with Mordi concerning any questions you have. He's always been good about trying to get back with me after I put a call into him and he does travel a lot, so he may not call you back right away, but he will call. IMO we may have another good buying opportunity if the SP stays down at these levels.
