Speaking of which...does anyone else also own GORV? I picked up a tiny amount for the gold angle a couple years ago. It was doing not bad. The company recently did a 10-1 reverse split to bring the price up to $1 (used to trade at about $0.1). Problem is this was two months ago, the number of shares were revised but the closing price wasn't adjusted (still showing in the 10cent range) so its showing up at -70somthing% loss! Looks like there were some recent trades (about $2K worth) but still at the old value.
I know I've said this before but this whole gold thing is my biggest complaint with Joe. What happened to his old reputation? The gold rush today is on track to be the greatest in history and he's got no stake in it at all. Its never been so easy. I think in a couple years it will resmble the late 90s. Kids will quit college, create a fancy sounding corporation name, buy two acres of Canadian land for 20K, pose for pictures with tractors on their website and claim there might be precious metals deposits, go public and then watch the capitalization value reach $100M on the OTC.
Until then every news story looks better and better for higher phosphate demand. Two days ago it was sugar with 2 years of crops decimated, yesterday it was corn and the low estimated US supply sending corn to 3 year high. Today the Bank of China announced it is allowing yuan to be purchased in the US so this delinking with the dollar will drive commodity prices even higher. Hope Legend can take advantage of this. We'll see at the coming release.
