My personal opinion is that trading more than 200K shares by 2:30 PM is a pretty strong volume day, especially with the stock up 11% at this point in the trading session.

I agree with you that some news must be leaking as this scenario looks like someone is steadily accumulating shares. I am hoping to see a new 52 week high in the next month. That would really get this stock ready for a listing on a real exchange ...
