There has never been more attention paid to national security and depleting commodity supplies on a worldwide basis than there is today. There are very few high quality accessable supplies of phosphate left on earth .(low hanging fruit) Once a deal like this is gone, it's gone forever,leaving countries and competitors" high and dry". As long as this is handled in a fair and open format I can't see any other result than a huge amount of interest,and much better results than many expect? Bringing in a major deal maker is the best thing we could have hoped for!! I give J.G. a lot of credit for stalling over this long stretch of low pricing power and waiting for the perfect time,as painful as it was for all of us. As mr. Gutnick has said before he is a shareholder also and wants the best possible results ! Once a deal is struck,weather a buy-out or a partner,we win either way.
