I don't believe that you need to worry about Legend selling the assets too cheap. IMHO this is why they brought in Nomura. Nomura is the experienced 3rd party to help justify the value that will be paid for the assets and to help broker the terms of the deal and identify Japanese as well as Chinese or other end users that want in on the sale.
I am looking forward to this finally coming together in Q1.
