1. What is the true verifiable quantity of commercial grade quality phosphate in the ground. A billion tons is thrown around but has this been certified by a reputable source?

2. Financing the startup When will those details be presented?

3. Of course who will join us - We seem to expect Wengfu -when will that formalized

4. The promise of spinoff shares coming to the stockholders. Has there been a date set for official transfer? What will be the value here? diamonds?, uranium?

5. Infrastructure progress (roads, rail, sluice pipelines, loading wharfs) what is the current status there ?
