I'd be more concerned about a company that puts out too many releases. I'm planning on building up a fairly big short position in a different company exactly because of the numerous overhyped press releases and lack of actual assets while burning through whatever little cash is available. This is the opposite condition of Legend which has the stuff.

I also don't think we need to worry about the lack of volume. The only thing I can say with certainty is that this stck will move with huge volume.
