Joe Gutnick claims they're "beating the door down" to invest in the Company, so you have to assume the money will be there even if Wengfu can't or won't be able to finance the whole project with LGDI. I think what this bid for Potash says it that the big boys know the price of fertilizer are going higher in the future, so this bodes well for LGDI and fertilizer prices IMO.
