If you are referring to why the Wengfu representatives weren't physically at the CC in New York, it was said there were visa issues as to why they couldn't make it to the meeting. They were there in the form of a video conference call, which was fine IMO. It was somewhat awkward trying to talk to them anyway, as I think only one of the three spoke English. Overall I think the whole presentation was done pretty well.

What's gonna make the big buzz is the equity stake they plan on taking in the project going forward. JMHO
