A few weeks ago, I sent an email to Legend asking for an update on ASX listing. I received a very quick response from Joeseph that my email server automatically placed in the junkmail folder so I just now noticed it.

Thank you for your enquiries and your valued support as a shareholder in Legend. I hope the below information satisfies your questions.

· As an Legend International shareholder, I have another question regarding ASX listing. Is this still moving forward? Can you provide any update?

The listing of Legend on the ASX or other major international exchanges is still being investigated by Legend. The exact timing for an ASX listing has not been decided due to potential foreign investment into the company which may have raised some concerns by the Foreign Investment Review Board if ASX listed. Legend is still investigating its options with various major exchanges and will inform the market once a decision has been reached.

· Back in 2008, plans were announced to list Legend on the ASX. I can understand the reason for delay considering the great '08 collapse in all markets. It was announced again in November '09 in the Northwest Star that LGDI would be listed on the ASX by March 2010.

· It is nearly July and we have not heard an update.

You can be assured that once a decision has been made by senior management that investors and shareholders will be informed. A number of complex factors have to be considered before any decision will be finalised.
